Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the GoalGather website and mobile apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Provide accurate information.
2. The Service
GoalGather helps players organize and join football and padel matches, leagues and groups, find venues and coaches, and share posts and messages. Matches and bookings are arranged between users and venues; we are not a party to those arrangements and do not guarantee that a match, venue or player will be available.
3. Community rules — zero tolerance
You must not post or send content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, misleading, spam, or that infringes others' rights. Objectionable content and abusive users are not tolerated. You can report any post, comment or live-chat message and block any user. We review reports promptly, remove violating content and may suspend or remove offending accounts.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it within the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
5. Safety and physical activity
Sports involve risk of injury. You take part in matches at your own risk and are responsible for your health, conduct and compliance with venue rules. Automated accounts and AI analysis are informational only.
6. Payments
Any match fees shown are agreed between organizers, players and venues. Unless stated otherwise in the app, GoalGather does not process these payments and is not responsible for refunds.
7. Third-party services
The Service may include content or links from third parties (for example YouTube, maps and news sources). Their terms and policies apply to them.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoalGather is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes, injuries or losses arising between users or at venues. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer laws in your country.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will show the new date above. Continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory protections of your country of residence.
