1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, profile photo, and sign-in details when you register with email, Google or Apple.
• Profile data (optional): city, country code and phone number, sports, skill level, position, birth year, bio and coaching information.
• Content you create: matches, leagues, groups, posts, comments, messages, photos, videos, voice notes, ratings and reports.
• Usage and device data: app interactions, approximate location if you allow it (to show nearby matches), device type, browser, language and crash logs.

2. How we use data

• To provide the Service: organize and join matches, show nearby venues, run leagues, chats and notifications.
• To keep the community safe: moderate content, handle reports and prevent abuse.
• To improve and secure the Service and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

We process data to perform our contract with you, based on our legitimate interests (safety, improvement), with your consent (e.g. location, device notifications), and to meet legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Sharing

Other players see your public profile and the content you share in matches, groups and posts. Your phone number is only shown according to your privacy settings. We share data with service providers that help us run the Service (cloud hosting, database and storage, authentication providers such as Google and Apple, maps and embedded media such as YouTube), under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile and personal data are deleted, except where we must retain limited information for legal or security reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and Saudi PDPL), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict processing of your data, and to object or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. You can edit your profile, change privacy settings, and delete your account in-app from Settings. For other requests, contact us.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls on every account, and private storage for direct messages and attachments. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will show the new date above. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
